Redonkeylips recipe. So I had a friend in town who doesn't really do sweets. It's ridiculous, right? WHAT THE HELL. I have a heard time being the hostess with the mostest without confectionary freedom. So, let's call this a challenge.
I found the perfect item that combines my love of making cupcakes with the perfect ingredients for the non-sweet eater (or Ron Swanson). World, meet bacon and egg cupcakes...
Found via Pinterest but originally from here, I loved this recipe. The only problem was that I didn't have "jumbo" cupcake pan. But, no worries. All I did to modify was to use only 1/2 of a biscuit in each and empty out some of the egg whites before cracking the egg. They came out much smaller and better for those of us who aren't trying to gain a trillion pounds in a sitting. Not nearly as pretty, but really tasty, here's my version...
DELICIOUS. Next time, I'm going to find a way to bring cheese into the equation...duh.
