Hello all! I need some help.
I've sort of lost my mojo. The last few weeks I just haven't been able to find any motivation - for anything. I haven't been blogging, I've gotten out of a healthy workout routine (which ALWAYS screws me), I've been impatient in my friendships and have not had generally a winning attitude. Why now? Not sure.
I had something of a stressful week in Dallas last week. I had to be there for work for 4 days and it ended up being a busy, stressful, rollercoaster. Lots of work and generally being back in my old stomping grounds kind of sent me through the ringer. Although a semi-unpleasant week, it might have been just the kick in the pants I need to get things going again.
I found this, and I think it's really true:
So, I'm brainstorming ways to maximize the denominator.
I joined a gym today that I'm really excited about (and kind of can't afford - oops), so I'm hoping to get the old muffin tops under control asap. But, as it relates to the other stuff -- finding good blog ideas, being kind to everyone I know (no explanation for my recent grouchiness), thinking of new and fun adventures, generally just getting my world together -- do you have any good ideas?
Tell me, internet. How do you get motivated? What inspires you out of a rut? Let's all just assume that wine is already a major part of my happiness regime.
I'd love ideas.
