Prepare to have your heat melt and your tummy seriously grumble. I've learned of a blog called Jim's Pancakes. Jim makes fabulous and intricate pancakes for his precious daughter, Allie. • Precious family: CHECK.
• Culinary skills possibly worth a foot network show: CHECK.
• Blog fame: CHECK.
• Fancy weekend breakfast EVERY weekend: CHECK.

I think these 5 things may be all I really need in life. So thanks, Jim, for reminding me that is the simple things in life that make it worth living.
