I want to start a new recurring post for Poodleism, called "Misc. Internet Gems." It's not necessarily a Friday thing, but I happen to have a few in my arsenal today. Here we go...

This is my dream child. Her name is Zaylee Jean and she hosts the Yippity Yo cooking show. It's a 10-minute ordeal, but it's freaking cute and you won't be disappointed. Her cuteness and domesticity reminds me of another blog friend (and real life friend) of mine, Casey. Her random outbursts of "I love Chocolaaaaate"remind me alot of myself too. Nothin' says lovin' like somethin' from the oven, just ask Zaylee Jean:

A colleague turned me onto this kid who rocks my world too. He is on Taiwanese idol. He sounds so much like Whitney Houston it's just weird. All he needs are a couple crack rocks and he really could be her doppelganger. Susan Boyle can suck it. Prepare to be disoriented by the bizarreness:

This amazing artist, Nathan Sawaya, makes mind-blowing pieces exclusively out of legos. Yes, the toys you used to have as a tot that would make your father scream if he stepped on them with his bare feet in the night (was that just me?) Seeing this sort of made me feel like crap for only being able to come up with a rudimentary princess castle or house with my legos back in the day. Go through some of the more amazing pieces here. Hope this segment works out. I enjoy the randomness. Dumb cultural nuggets keep me sane. I also want internet hits to cause Zaley Jean to get her own show on the Food Network.
